Maintenance method of printing cartridge:
 
1.Space between ink cartridge nozzle and printing paper
The best printing effect: Keep the distance of the printing head away from the printing paper between 1 mm and 1.5 mm.


2. Cleaning the printing head
In order to ensure the quality of printing, it is necessary to clean up the excess ink stains on the printing head regularly.
1) Prepare a non-cotton lint cloth, deionized water
2) Place the printing head down and wipe the edges of the print head gently.
Note: Do not use too hard or dry cotton cloth to avoid scratching the nozzle:
Do not use cotton cloth dipped in ink to prevent blockage of nozzles.


3. Cleaning nozzle
Long time unused cartridges need to be cleaned by following steps:
The method of cleaning nozzle is the same as that of cleaning printer head. Please refer to step 2 above.
Print a paragraph with high resolution, (600DPI or higher) - - The higher the resolution, the more ink you print.
Note: Do not shake the cartridge vigorously to prevent the pressure of the ink from destroying the nozzle.

4. Short-term and long-term storage of ink cartridge
A) Short-term storage method (1-2 days)
B) Keep the ink cartridge on printer machinery, without disassembly, can be covered with a protective cover, or not:
A) The ink cartridge should be wiped and cleaned before the next use. Long-term storage method (more than 3 days)
B) If the printing device has a protective cover, cover the printing ink cartridge with the protective cover:
C) Please store the cartridge in a damp, wet cloth or sponge sealing device to prevent the cartridge from drying. The device for storing the cartridge must be highly sealed.
D) Before the next use, the cartridge should be wiped and cleaned.
 
 
How to deal with abnormal cartridge condition
 
Air enters cartridge nozzle
During the printing operation, it was found that only half of the printed data appeared, and the other half was blank, which indicated that the ink cartridge nozzle was intake.
The treatment is that the air in the printing cartridge is extracted by using an air extracting fixture. Refer to the figure below.


Notices for aspiration:
It is forbidden to pull the suction syringe forcefully to avoid damaging the nozzle.
After exhausting the gas, wipe the nozzle slowly along one direction with non-woven cloth contaminated with distilled water.
Attention should be paid to the strength of pumping, vertical cartridge, slowly pulling the needle until there is air in the needle, and the extracted ink cannot be used again.
